Carbide Tool Industries are a Western Australian, family-owned company. We have over 30 years of experience in the timber industry and are continuing to be a committed partner to the steel industry.

Our fully qualified, highly-trained personnel provide premium services for anyone in the timber and steel industry. All the work at Carbide Tool Industries is carried out by qualified saw doctors and completed in-house allowing us to maintain the high standard of work that our clients have come to expect.

Carbide Tool Industries proudly use theVollmer CHD 251 Work centre and  Loroch KBN560 blade-sharpening machine. Both machines achieve an outstanding standard of grinding quality with an optimum finish thanks to the following features:

• Computer controlled saw blade feed and lift movement creates perfect indexing and tooth shape
• CBN grinding wheels guarantee optimum surface quality
• Fully enclosed machine using high quality grinding oil
• Cooling system pumps at 6 bar to avoid over heating

Carbide Tool Industries supply new circular saw blades for all makes of machines and for cutting any material from Timber to Aluminium.

We can also design and manufacture all types of tooling from CNC router cutters, spindle moulder cutters and engraving tools in either HSS or TCT.

Our services include pick up and delivery service in the Perth Metro area, and subsidised freight to country clients.
