Sharpening and repair of your saw blades

To ensure you get the most out of your tooling, we can re-sharpen and re-tip your saw blades in our factory in Wangara. Once your saw blades make it to our warehouse, our experienced technicians will have them sharp and as new within a quick turnaround. We will always sharpen unless buying new is the more economical option.

Helical Cutter Insert Knives

Solid carbide indexable insert knives are offered in many standard sizes for wood surfacing / planing cutterheads, groovers, helical planer cutter heads, and other woodworking applications. Polished to a mirror finish for smoother cutting and longer tool life.

Insert knives used for a helical planer cutter have a radius on the edge of the knife ensuring a precise flat cut on your timber surface. The radius on the edge of the insert knife makes sure the timber cuts flat giving a smooth finish.
