Recycling for Charity

We are proud to announce our new Recycling for Charity initiative!

From the 1st September, we will be collecting your spare, or unused, tooling and donating it to Wolfram Metal Recyclers. All profits made from your donations will go directly to charity. Each quarterly period we will select a new charity to make donations to. Keep an eye out for our newsletters to see how your generousity is contributing, how we’re tracking, and what our donation goals are. We’ll keep you posted!

What you can donate:

Compression tools, spiral cutters, lathe insert knives, solid carbide planer knife etc…

Ways you can donate:

1. Drop your scrap into our shop in Wangara (Unit 1,10 Beneficial Way)
2. Hand your scrap to our representatives upon arrival (for delivery clients only)

To kick things off, we’ll be starting with Beyond Blue. This is a charity that many of us at Carbide Tools hold dear. According to Beyond Blue, The number of men who die by suicide in Australia every year is nearly double the national road toll. We hope the donations we receive, from our customers, can help improve the lives of those struggling with mental health issues.
