Covid- 19 Update
To our customers who receive an ongoing delivery:
Please be aware that you do not have to provide a signature upon delivery from now on. We are making changes in line with government guidelines. Our representatives will record proof of delivery using the date and receiving staff members name. If you have any questions please contact us on 9303 9646.
Changes to the new restrictions as of January 2022:
- Please sign in on arrival to our premises
- Masks are to be worn when entering our premises.
- Masks are to be worn by our representatives while delivering your goods. Please ensure the person accepting the delivery is also wearing their mask.
- Please use the sanitiser provided before coming into contact with our staff members.
As a courtesy we want to let you know that all our staff members have been fully vaccinated and our drivers will be willing to show their COVID-19 certificates upon request.
By doing the above we aim to protect our staff, customers and vulnerable community members.
