is a new tyre recycling facility in Welshpool; beginning a recycling revolution in aim to help the impact on our environment.
We are lucky enough to have a part in this.
Elan’s general manager Brendan White reached out with a request to sharpen a large number of blades that are used in their tyre shredding machine.
After some investigating; our team were confident we had the equipment and the knowledge to do the job.
After having Brendan visit our factory and receiving his positive feedback; we had the project done within the required time frame.
We are embarking on many ways to help reduce waste and if we all work together, it makes for a sustainable future.
Machine Install
Our technician Bruce; recently installed a KD400P Aluminium Mitre Saw with Infeed and outfeed rollers and a digital length stop; supplied by Luna Machinery. Thanks Pure Glass & Aluminium; What a great addition to your factory.

Recycling Update
We would like to thank everyone that has donated their old tooling to us; as part of our new recycling for charity initiative. So far, we have over 100kgs in old tooling from our clients to give to Wolfram metal recyclers- isn’t that amazing!
